BenchTrack v1.6.4 – Local Watch & Clock Repair Tracker

$49.99

Your bench. Your data. Your computer. No account. No cloud. No subscription.

BenchTrack is a local, offline repair-management application built specifically for independent watchmakers, clockmakers, hobbyists, and small repair shops.

Keep customer information, repair tickets, bench notes, parts, photos, financials, invoices, work time, service reports, and repair history organized in one place without relying on spreadsheets, paper notes, or an online subscription service.

Everything runs locally on your Windows PC using a local database. No account is required, no internet connection is required, and your repair data stays on your computer.

Repair Tracking

Create individual repair tickets for watches or clocks and track them from intake through completion.

Each repair can include customer information, manufacturer, model, serial number, movement/caliber, reported problem, requested work, customer intake notes, private bench notes, repair status, parts, photos, service pricing, shipping, payment status, tracking information, and repair history.

Repairs can be archived when completed while remaining available for future reference.

Built-In Bench Timer

Track the actual time spent working on a repair directly from its repair record.

Start and stop the timer while working, create multiple work sessions, add manual sessions when needed, make corrections, and see total accumulated bench time.

Bench time remains separate from customer billing, so tracking your actual work does not automatically change repair pricing.

Invoicing

Create professional invoices directly from repair records.

New invoices automatically populate from the repair's current customer charges, including service/labor, parts, and return shipping. Once saved, the invoice becomes its own historical snapshot.

BenchTrack supports invoice history, payment status, printable invoices, multiple repairs for the same customer on one invoice, and protected invoice deletion.

No accounting service or online payment processor is required.

Customer Service Reports

Create a customer-facing record of the work performed.

Service Reports can include repair information, service details, selected repair photos, and optional bench time. Once finalized, the report is preserved as an immutable historical snapshot so later changes to the repair do not rewrite the completed service record.

Reports can be printed or saved as PDF using your computer's normal print system.

Photos, Parts & Repair History

Attach repair photos directly to the job, track parts used or ordered, record sourcing information, and maintain an internal timeline of the repair.

Private bench information stays separate from customer-facing Service Reports.

Printable Work Orders & 4×6 Bench Labels

Print a detailed work order for the complete repair record or a compact 4×6 Work Label for use at the bench.

The 4×6 label includes key job information and a barcode while intentionally leaving out customer contact information, pricing, payment details, and other unnecessary information.

Backup & Restore

BenchTrack includes local backup and restore tools for protecting your data.

Backups preserve the complete BenchTrack database along with stored photos, attachments, and your shop logo.

v1.6.4 adds additional backup safeguards, including a contents preview before restoring, backup version and schema information, creation timestamp, database checksum, automatic safety backup before replacement, and safe migration of supported older BenchTrack databases.

Your original backup is not modified during migration.

Built for an Actual Repair Bench

BenchTrack is intentionally focused on repair work rather than trying to become an accounting platform, CRM, cloud service, or giant shop-management suite.

There are:

No monthly fees.
No account.
No cloud requirement.
No internet requirement.
No telemetry.
No customer data stored on somebody else's server.

Buy it once and use it for your own repair business or bench.
