Fine Winding Collections began from a simple fascination with mechanical watches and the stories they carry. What started as restoring and studying vintage timepieces at the bench gradually grew into a collection focused on honest watches, thoughtful restoration, and the craftsmanship behind traditional watchmaking.
I focus primarily on vintage mechanical watches, with a particular appreciation for Japanese and Swiss movements from the mid century through the early quartz era. Every watch listed is carefully inspected, photographed, and represented as accurately as possible, with service details and condition notes provided whenever applicable.
Beyond collecting and selling watches, Fine Winding is also dedicated to education and preservation within the hobby. Through restoration work, horology content, and hands on experimentation at the bench, the goal is to share the mechanical artistry that makes these watches worth preserving in the first place.
Whether it’s a simple everyday Seiko, a forgotten pocket watch, or a more ambitious restoration project, I believe great watches do not have to be inaccessible to be meaningful.
Thanks for visiting the collection and supporting independent watchmaking.
